When this is the path

Eval is for a public URL you want agents to use. Discovery is for everything that is not that: traffic and transactions arriving from agents, teams already using AI off-script, data that cannot leave the building, or a mix you have not named yet.

Three movements

Reusable. Retargeted each time. Not a canned workshop.

01 · Surface

What is actually happening

Which agentic traffic and transactions are already hitting you. Which teams adopted tools on their own. What you think the question is, versus what the work is doing.

02 · Examine

Constraints and readiness

Site, tools, data, policy. Whether a public URL is even the door. Whether Eval is next, or whether local inference, enablement, or Guided Change is the honest next move.

03 · Orient

The next named step

Eval a URL. Hold a Build slot. Run the human system through Guided Change. Or stay private — original local operator is omlx-interpreter.

What you leave with

A named next step, not a slide deck. If the job is a public URL, you go to Eval. If the job is implementation, you book Build kickoff. If the job is the human system, you go to Sun Business Group. If the job stays off the public web, we say that out loud.

Exploratory conversation

Read this page first if you can. The talk is to Surface, Examine, and Orient — not to sell a package. No public fee.
